Order & Shipping Policy

Welcome to Steam Healthy, where we aim to make your buying experience stress-free as possible. Here's an overview of what you need to know; and how we handle orders and shipping:

Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming we’ve received it and pre-authorize your credit card or payment method.
  • We'll check stock availability and keep you informed if any issues arise, such as out-of-stock items, temporary unavailability, or other delays. Rest assured, we’ll work to find the best possible solution for you.

Order Shipment

  • In-Stock Items: Ships within 1-5 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Time frames will be communicated during the ordering process.
  • You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. If you don’t hear from us within 6 business days, please contact us.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Free Shipping: Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping in the contiguous U.S. (exclusions apply).
  • For Alaska, Hawaii, or expedited services, shipping fees will apply. Contact us for a quote.
  • Shipping carriers and delivery times vary based on the product size, weight, and destination, typically ranging from 3-10 business days.
  • Most shipments are handled by trusted carriers like FedEx or UPS for reliable and timely delivery.

Shipping Exclusions & Restrictions

  • Free Shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses.
  • Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not supported.
  • White glove or specialized delivery services must be arranged directly with us.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible (e.g. no low-hanging trees or long, narrow driveways).
  • If storage fees are incurred due to missed delivery appointments, these will be billed to the customer.

Receiving Your Shipment

  • Inspect the Package:
    Check for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note specific damages (e.g., “large dent on the right side of Box 2”) on the Bill of Lading.
  • Concealed Damage:
    If damage is discovered after unpacking, notify us within 5 days. Keep all packaging and damaged items for claim processing.
  • Delivery Appointments:
    Freight carriers will call to arrange delivery. Standard service includes curbside or driveway delivery.
